Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m.. Sunday at Memphis Funeral Home Germantown Parkway Chapel. Service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, September 3 at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Memory Hill Gardens. He leaves his wife, Lewana Creel; daughters, Kathy (Bruce) Anderson of Jackson, TN, Nancy (Bryan) Fitzpatrick of Treasure Island, FL; sons, Herman Joseph "Joe" (Lisa) Creel, Jr. of Millington, TN, Sam (Lisa) Creel of Atlanta, GA, David Creel of Bartlett, TN; sister, Janice Blackmon of Gasden, AL; five half-sisters; one half-brother; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
