“Josh” enjoyed playing basketball during his years in high school and was a dedicated sports fan, especially an avid fan of the Miami Dolphins play. His larger than life personality was contagious and filled every room that he walked into with optimism and exuberance. Josh was quite simply an instant friend to all he met. He loved to make others laugh and will be remembered by his vast collection of jokes, stories and tales that brought joy to all those around him. Josh attended Living Waters Baptist Church in Hendersonville, and often invited numerous friends to attend worship service with him, so that they too might experience the life-changing power of Jesus Christ, the same way that he had. His passion was to both introduce and share that experience with others, because of the profound and joyful impact the power of Jesus Christ had on his own life.
He is survived by his loving wife Chandra, his forever soulmate and best friend whom he referred to as “Chimi and Cha-Chi”; his parents and role models Glenn and Jan Padgett; grandmother “Granny”, Marie Hubbard; sister Nicole Minassian and husband Allen, sister Paige Wilson and husband Cory, his rescue papillon Dolly, his adored nieces and nephews who meant the world to him: Myla, Matthew, Macy, Aaron and Nash.
A private family service will be held.
