BENJAMIN CALLOWAY (B. C.) BRADLEY, Jr., quietly passed from this life into the arms of Jesus, on Saturday morning, July 18, 2020.

He was born July 27, 1933, in Buckhannon, GA to his now deceased parents, Benjamin C. Bradley, Sr. and Lola S. Bradley. He graduated from Bremen High School with a football scholarship to the University of Chattanooga; however, he decided to further his education by attending West Georgia Junior College located in Carrollton, GA. He began his working career with Plantation Pipeline Co. in Bremen, GA where he lived with his mother until he met his loving wife, Ann L. Lee, from Birmingham, AL then after several years they married and moved to Columbus, GA, then to LaGrange, GA, and settling in Chattanooga, TN.

They celebrated 67-1/2 blissful years of marriage, God blessed their marriage with 2 lovely children, Gregory C. Bradley, who preceded B.C. in death and a daughter, Sylvia A. (Tracy) Hannah of Chattanooga; two Grandsons: Ben C. Bradley of Cleveland, TN, Daniel C. Keller of Chattanooga and two great-grandchildren.

The family wishes to express their Love and Appreciation to the Morning Pointe Assisted Living/Memory Care Staff for their support, Hearth Hospice, Heritage Funeral Home and to the many friends, and loved ones who filled his life with joy.

A memorial service will be held at 12 Noon Friday, July 24, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Richard Mason officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery with Military Honors conducted by the U.S. Army.

In lieu of flowers, Ann requested a memory gift to the “Beyond Measure Fund”, Brainerd Hills Baptist Church, 6611 East Brainerd Road., Chattanooga, TN 37421.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
