He was born in Perry County, Indiana on May 21, 1947, son of the late Ernest J. and Legatha (Bryant) Sandage. Also preceding him in death were brothers, Ronald, Marvin and Billy Sandage.

He was born in Tell City, Indiana on April 18, 1952 to the late Ernest and Lagatha (Bryant) Sandage. Also preceding him in death were his brothers, Ronnie and Marvin Sandage.
Billy was united in marriage on January 8, 1992 to Jamie Burdin. He was in the National Guard and was a truck driver for Mulzer’s, Flash and GN.
Billy enjoyed being outdoors, hunting and fishing, woodworking, riding his motorcycle, playing cards, his dogs, Goldie, Bear and Stoner and spending time with his family.
Ernie was united in marriage on August 26, 1995 to Sarah Bryant. He was currently working at Meggitt Inc., for more than 20 years, as a welder, until his illness caused him to take a leave. Ernie enjoyed hunting and fishing, his dog, Sam, four-wheeler riding and being with his family.
Surviving is his wife, Sarah Sandage, Tell City; sisters, Margie Wethington (Paul), Hawesville, KY, Sharon Duke (Dale), Petersburg and Cathy Robbins (Ray), Tell City; brothers, David Sandage, Tell City, Larry Sandage (Lolene), Troy, Steve Sandage (Diane), Cannelton, Mike Sandage, Gainesville, GA and Roger Sandage (Anna), Cannelton and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 PM CST on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Visitation will be from 2:00-6:00 PM.
