Darcus Lee Ouellette, age 86, passed away peacefully at The Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain, on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2019, surrounded by her family. Darcus Lee Ouellette was born in Lumberton, N.C. on Aug. 9, 1932, and traveled throughout the U.S. before settling in New Britain, where she resided for the past 60 years. Darcus Lee is remembered for her love and excitement for the casinos. Darcus Lee Ouellette leaves behind her husband of 59 years, Joseph A.P. Ouellette of New Britain, and daughter, Sandi Lepore (Britt) of Southington. She also leaves seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Darcus Lee was predeceased by her daughters, Brenda Bentley (Britt) and Debra DiMauro (Britt), as well as her grandson, Brian Bentley.
In keeping with the wishes of Darcus, there will be no funeral services.
