ANTHONY D. ADAMS, son of Johnny C. Hooker, Jr., and Shirley M. Hooker, was born on July 11, 1981 in Greenville, N.C. He departed this life on September 15, 20006.

He received his education at Baltimore City Public Schools. He became employed at M.C. enterprise for a period of time. He also attended Philip Baptist Church.

"Nellie" or Little Donnie as family and friends called him will be missed by everyone who knew him. He was always a true friend and devoted father and family man. He enjoyed playing video games and loved music.

He leaves to mourn: two sons, Anthony D. Adams, Jr., and Troy Jackson; three daughters, Destiny, Maya and Jonai Adams; father, Johnny C. Hooker, Jr.; mother, Shirley Hooker; one brother, Donnie D. Adams; two sisters, Lisa R. Adams and Sara L. Hooker; great grandmother, Edith G. Washington; a dear second mother, Marquerite "Beany" Ford; nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
