Cookeville resident and Warren County native Ruth Geneva Hoover, 68, died March 19 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center after an extended illness.
A member of First Church of God, she was the daughter of the late Ira and Nora Lee Smith Rogers.
She is survived by daughters, Darlene Reed and Patricia Gail Foster, both of McMinnville, and Gerri Denise D' Augustino of Florida; son, Clarence Gerald Hamby of Georgia; brother, Larry R. Rogers of Chattanooga; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday at High's.
High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
