Mrs. Charlottle Knowles Vance, 85, a resident of El Paso for 52 years, died in the home of a daughtr in Austin Thursday night. She had resided at 3504 Hueco Ave., and was a member of Austin Park Christian Church.
She is survived by two sons, Knowles K. Vance of El Paso and Charles J. Vance of San Jose, Calif., two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy V. Besserer of Austin and Mrs. Mary Secher of Los Angeles; one brother C. E. Knowles of Menphis, Tenn.; one grandchild and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 4 p. m. Monday in the chapel of Kaster and Maxon funeral home. The Rev. Charles M. Reece will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
