Jean Dowler Acree, 44, 756 Tuttle St., died Saturday morning at hr home.
She was born in Wood County, the daughter of the late Arthur E. and Pearl Allen Dowler.
She is survived by five sons, Frank, Joe, Eddy, and Bobby Acree, all of Little Hocking, and Scotty of Parkersburg, three daughters, Mrs. Debbie Queen of Belpre, Alice Acree of Parkersburg, and Stephanie Acree of Little Hocking; four grandchildren, three brothers, Lester V. and Richard I., both of Parkersburg, and Arthur E. Dowler of Waterford, Ohio, five sisters, Opel Deem, Betty Dowler and Ruth Deem, all of Parkersburg, Roberta Kesterson of Belpre, and Vera Henry of Luling, La.
She was preceded in death by three brothers.
Funeral will be Tuesday morning at 11 at the Kimes Funeral Home with the Rev. Ernest E. Boyd officiating. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. today.
