D.B. "Doc" Alley was Mayor of Cainsville, MO and a Judge of the Harrison County, MO Administrative Court. He was a barber, played chess and had a band when he lived in Eagleville.

He ultimately made his living in Cainsville as a photographer, the proprietor of Alley Studio. He and his granddaughter, Mary Louise Woodward, were pals, and she often told stories of traveling around with him on the trains that used to carry people locally. Contributor: Larry Prather (50428978) •
