She married Fessenden Clark on May 29th, 1804, with whom she had thirteen children (the last three were triplets who all died young). Abigail never remarried after Fessenden’s death but continued to live in Boston with several of her children for many years. She returned to Salisbury by 1870 where she lived until her death.
