William is survived by wife Judith, daughters Billie Jo (Rocky) and Missy Blake (Lee); sons Bill (Betty), Josh Toy (Stephanie), Tucker (Gina), and David (Becky); step daughter Patty Cain, step sons Todd and Kevin (Ciera); several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and close friends.
