Mrs. Helen B. Aarup, 86, of Springfield, died Wednesday at Memorial Medical Center. Mrs. Aarup was born in Athens, the daughter of John and Martha Brittin, and was a resident of Springfield for most of her life. She was a charter member of the South Side Christian Church. Her husband, Edwin Aarup, preceded her in death in 1967.
Surviving are one son, John Aarup of Springfield; three daughters; 16 grandchildren.
Services at South Side Christian Church. Burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
