Barbara June Barnhart, 76 of Neodesha, Kansas passed away Saturday, August 17, 2013 at the Wilson Medical Center in Neodesha, Kansas.

Memorial Services were held on Tuesday, August 20th at 11:00 am at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Neodesha Father Stephen Mahn Thapwa officiating. The family has suggested memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association and may be left at Loran Fawcett Chapel.

Barbara was born January 1, 1937 in Neodesha, Kansas to Guy Davis, Jr. and Fern Alexander Davis. She graduated from High School in California, also living in Oklahoma before making her home back in Neodesha. Barbara worked as a MedAid at the Golden Keys Nursing home for 19 years.
She was a resident of the Golden Living Center in Neodesha and enjoyed writing the news articles for the center that were published in the Neodesha Derrick.

Survivors include her mother, Fern Davis of Neodesha, KS daughter, Cindy Williams of Altoona, KS two grandsons, Joshua Williams of Inman, KS and Matthew Williams of Altoona, KS and eight great grandchildren.
