Kathy June Hoefling, 66, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Linda E. White Hospice House. Kathy was born in Evansville, Indiana on October 16, 1953 to Delbert and Bessie June (Grimwood) DeWeese.
She worked at American General for 24 years and most recently worked at Highland Veterinarian Clinic. Kathy was a member of Blue Grass United Methodist Church. She was an animal lover who was dedicated to her dogs. Kathy was a daddy's girl who always looked up to her father. Kathy battled illness with grace, positivity, and looked forward to running into the arms of the greatest dad in the world.
Kathy is survived by her daughter, Kristin Hoefling of Rochester, MN; mother; aunts, Evelyn Huebner and Gayle Cobb, both of Evansville, IN; and many cousins.
Kathy was preceded in death by her father.
The family would like to thank Kathy's special friends and caregivers, especially Bill and Kathy.
A celebration of Kathy's life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave., Evansville, IN 47711, with Pastors Doug Heiman and Reno Demuth officiating.
