MADAR, Scott E.

Of Orchard Park, NY, unexpectedly, age 51, born June 12, 1969 Lackawanna, N.Y. USA, died July 11, 2020 Buffalo, N.Y. USA. . As a kind hearted and "unassuming" man, Scott Madar had a "quiet and sometimes surprising" wit which made encounters with him something to look forward to during the work day". according to friends and coworkers.

He approached work and life with a dedication to high standards according to loved ones, and he showed kindness toward others. Besides being the "best person to share a car with on a work trip" those close to Scott said he was also one of the "few people" they knew who "actually made the world a better place".

Scott had custody of his two sons. He tried being the best father from their birth. After dinner you could find him helping one with homework while trying to give the other a bath. Each Christmas he would take the boys out to a Christmas tree farm to cut down their own Christmas tree. He would make a day out of it and have hot chocolate at the end. He attempted teaching them skiing, baseball, musical lessons, zip lining, sailing and working out with pull ups and weight lifting. His life consisted of his boys and work.

Beloved husband of Caterina (nee Bruno) Madar; loving Dad of Corey and Ryan Madar; dearest son of Edward and Ruth (nee Engelhardt) Madar; dear brother of Brandon (Lauren) Madar, step brother of David (Cat) Madar, Deborah Zilka, and Claudette Madar; brother-in-law of Gerald (Gloria), Leonard (Missy), and Leandro (Jill) Bruno; cousin to Darryl (Annette) Zydel and Cheryl (Ron) Feldt; also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and many friends.
