ERNEST RAY BARKER passed from this life Saturday, February 8, 2003, in Greenville, Texas, at the age of 38.
He was born April 15, 1964, in Phoenix, Arizona, to Kenneth and Dorothy Barker. Mr. Barker was an accountant for Masonite International.
Survivors include his mother and step-father, Dottie and Ronnie Switzer of Waurika, Okla.; one brother, Kenny Barker of Walla Walla, Wash.; his grandparents, Emily Barker of Washington, and Ruby Harris of Waurika; and two step-sisters, LeeAnne Wilson of Crittenden, Ky., and Amy Switzer of Florence, Ky.
He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Barker, in 1985; one brother, Robert Barker, in 1999; and his grandfathers, Ernest Barker and Robert Harris.
Funeral services for Mr. Harris were at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 13, at Irving Baptist Church, with Mark Marine and Clarence Mize officiating. Burial was in the Pooleville Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika.
