GLIDDEN Ronald McKenney Glidden, age 85, passed away, Sunday, October 25, 2015. Ronald was a native of Dover, NH, a member of Trinity Baptist Church and the Republican Club of West Jacksonville. Ronald was the former Pastor of LaRue Baptist Church, an Army Veteran and Army National Reserve, a Teacher at Trinity Christian Academy and he loved Trinity Baptist Football, Boston Red Soxs, Celtics, Florida Football and Basketball. He was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Lottie M. Glidden. He is survived by his sons; Roger Glidden (Teri), Tim Glidden (Elaine), daughters; Doris R. Hanna (Jerry(), Janice Kidd (Rick), a brother, Richard Glidden (Mary), 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held,, Friday, October 30, 2015 at 11:00am in Trinity Baptist Church with Dr. Tom Messer, Rev. Paul Haney and Rev. Harry Conaway officiating followed by interment in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens with US Army Honors.
