Jeffery is survived by his parents, one sister, Machele; and two brothers, William and Manya. He is also survived by his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Gutzkow, Braham, and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Hall, Rice.
Funeral services will be held at the Immaculate Conception Church, Rice. Burial will be made in the parish cemetery.
