Mrs. A. Louise Tharp, age 92, of Mayfield passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2019 at Green Acres Healthcare in Mayfield, KY.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a retired employee of Merit Clothing Company.

Mrs. Tharp is survived by one daughter, Charlotte Vincent of Mayfield, KY; one brother, Troy (Brenda) Ellegood of Arlington, KY; two sisters, Katherine Gipson of Clinton, KY and Margie Tarr of Mayfield, KY; three grandchildren, Kelly (Tommy) Campbell of Mayfield, KY, Lauren Vincent Saltsman of Paducah, KY and Christopher McClure of Mayfield, KY; three great grandchildren, Eden Saltsman of Paducah, KY, Caleb McClure of Mayfield, KY and Isabella McClure of Mayfield, KY; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Nathan Glenn Wyatt; two daughters, Sheila Kay Hales and Glenda Marie McClure; and her parents, Porter and Mary Hayden Gipson Ellegood.

Private family services will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2019.

There is no visitation scheduled.

Byrn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
