He was born in Russell County to the late Lesley & Sarah Lee Hall.
He was a Veteran of US Army. A member of New Friendship Baptist Church and a former employee of Tarter Gate.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 6 brothers and 2 sisters.

Interment in the New Friendship Cemetery.
