Miguel was shot and killed.

It happened about 2 a.m. off the Loop 101 near Camelback Road, in Phoenix.
Police said he was driving through the West Valley neighborhood when he was shot in the face.
As many as five shots were fired, police said. After being shot, Miguel ended up crashing his car into some vehicles that were parked along the street.
Investigators don't have much to go on in the case. Police do not have a suspect or suspect description, but they did find a gun and some shell casings at the scene.
Officers working the case are not sure why he was shot.
"We're not sure if our victim was targeted or if this was a random act and he just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time," said Sgt. David Montoya of the Phoenix Police Department.
Investigators said this does not appear to be a case of road rage.
