Bertha Levy's parents are unknown. She came to this country in 1870 from Prussia. She married Julius Davis, who was from Poland/Russia. Julius came to this country in 1867. He was a Tailor. They married in Manhattan, New York in February 1872. Four daughters were born to them while living in New York. Julius moved his family to Chicago, Illinois around 1880. Two sons and another daughter was born in Chicago.

Bertha (52) was buried on May 3, 1905 at Waldheim Cemetery. She died on May 1, 1905 in Chicago, Illinois. She was a wife and mother.
