Hazel I. Abbott Memorial services are planned for 2 30 p'm. Tuesday in the Lemoore First United Methodist Church for Hazel I. Abbott, 93, of the Island District of Lemoore who died Friday in a Hanford hospital. Born in Nebraska, she had lived in Lemoore since 1307 and was a retired cafeteria manager for the Island District School. She was the oldest living graduate of the Island School where she graduated in 1910 Four generations of the family attended the school including her, her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She attended Lemoore First United Methodist Church, was a member of Lily ol the Lake chapter of the Order of Eastern Star, a 4-H Club leader and headed of the Farm Bureau Home Department m the Island area. Surviving are two sons, Earle Abbott of Redlands and Gary Abbott of Lemoore; three granddaughters and three great-grandchildren. Private burial will take place at Chapel of the Light in Fresno. Arrangements by Phipps-Dale Funeral Chapel of Lemoore.
