Raymond was 90 when he passed away at the St. Elizabeth Home, East Greenwich, surrounded by his loving family. He was the loving husband of Josephine (Torregrossa) Andreozzi, they were happily married for 70 years.

Born in Providence, a son of the late Serafino and Carmela (Orsini) Andreozzi.

Raymond worked for the RI National Guard as a Supply and Administrative Technician. He was a WWII Combat Infantryman of the 90th Infantry Division and recipient of a Bronze Star medal for Valor in combat; he retired as 1SG with 27 years of service. He was a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans, AARP 55 Alive Instructor, Cranston Senior Service member and volunteer, Silvertones male chorus member and booking agent, 4th Degree member of Father Wallace Assembly #1055, Knights of Columbus and Past Grande Knight of Mary Doran Council #8977.

Besides his wife he is survived by three sons, Raymond 'Greg' Andreozzi of Thompson, CT., David J. Andreozzi, Sr. of Port St. Lucie, FL, Stephan J. Andreozzi of Warwick; a daughter, Susan M. Gauthier of East Greenwich; three grandchildren, Christina M. Carroll, Jessica J. Andreozzi Neiger, Matthew West; and four much loved great-grandchildren. He was the loving grandfather of the late David J. Andreozzi, Jr., and devoted brother of the late Nancy Antonucci, Anthony, Eugene, Ida and Lillian Andreozzi.

He was buried with Military Honors
