Isobel was 82. She had lived on Robin Drive. She passed away peacefully at home. She was the wife of the late Carter M. Roberts.

She was born in Schotts, Scotland, a daughter of the late George C. and Catherine B. (Aikman) Henderson. Isobel was co-owner along with her daughter Deborah of the Wheelock Insurance Agency, Inc. She was an active member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Warwick and was Past President of the Friends of the Warwick Public Library, Past President of the RI Division of International Sunshine Society and a former member of the Potowomut and Warwick Country Clubs.

She is survived by her daughter, Deborah H. Roberts of North Kingstown with whom she lived; son, Alanson 'Lance' M. Roberts and daughter-in-law Joyce Roberts of Exeter; and her sister, Margaret Cady of North Providence.

She is remembered by those who knew and loved her as a very caring and thoughtful woman and a wonderful mother. She was a very special lady.
