Homer Dale McIntosh was born on May 16, 1911 in Kentucky, to Robert Lee McIntosh and Beulah Draughon. He married Lois Jean Stone on May 31, 1942. He was a World War 2 Veteran. He was preceded in death by a son Walter Lee McIntosh in 1981. A daughter, Barbara J. Walker is also deceased. He is survived by a son, Dale McIntosh of Victorville, California and grand-sons; Winston Scott McIntosh, Phoenix, Ariz., Walter Lee McIntosh, Jr.; and Carl Walker, both of Calif.; grand-daughters, Tammy McIntosh, Patricia McIntosh, Loretta Walker, all of California. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, Ciera Marie McIntosh, Tyler Nicole McIntosh, and Preston Scott McIntosh, all of Phoenix, Arizona.
