DIETER NUEBEL, age 82 years of Jonesville, passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2020, at his home. He was born on June 28, 1938, in Germany, the son of Otto and Maria (LaVarge) Nuebel. Dieter married Patty Jo Felgenhauer on November 5, 1997 in Hillsdale. She survives. He was a plastics engineer for several local automotive plants. Dieter loved to read and bird watching.
Surviving Dieter besides his wife, Patty are his three sons, Matthew (Christina) Nubel of North Adams, Gregory Nubel of Jonesville and Anthony Nubel of Jonesville, ten grandchildren, Jacob Nubel, Anthony Kyle Nubel, Justin Nubel, Austin Nubel, Janessa Nubel, Alyssa Mueller, Noah Nubel, Spencer Nubel, Ariana Nubel and Michael Mueller, seven great grandchildren, two brothers Otto and Reini Nuebel and one sister, Bitz Nuebel all of Germany, several nieces, nephews and cousins and life long friend, Lawrence Nichols. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Brown-Van Hemert Funeral Home in Hudson.
