Dwain Tulon Johnson, 77, of Booneville, Miss, died Sunday, August 25, 2007, at the North Miss Medical Center in Tupelo, Miss.

He was born July 08, 1930, in Prentiss County, the Son of Tobe Johnson and Alice Jewel Bonds Johnson.

He was a Member of Mills Community Baptist Church; and a former Employee of Brown Shoe Company.

Services were held at Booneville Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Melvin Williams and Bro. Billy Wilson officiating.
Burial was in Jones Cemetery.

He is survived by his Wife of 56 years, Barbara Chase Johnson; four Daughter, Sharlet Henderson; Melvy Moorman; Gail HOlder; and Sharie Jones, all of Booneville; two Brothers, Dizzy Johnson of Baldwyn and Carl Johnson of Booneville; seven Grand Children; and three Great Grand Children.

He was preceded in death by a Daughter, Janet Lambert; his Parents; two Brothers, Clemet Johnson and Tany Johnson; and a Sister, Robbie Fay Johnson.
