Born March 13,1899 in Hamilton Township,she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Mary Wolfkill Jones. She was an employee of the former Heinz Co. and the Stanley Co. in Chambersburg.
She was the widow of Earl K. Detrich,who died Feb 24,1971.
Mrs. Detrich was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church,Franklin County Nurses Auxillary and the Gettysburg Home Sewing Circle.
She is survived by ond daughter,Gail V. Geyer of 525 N. Franklin St;five grandchildren;seven great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren and two brothers, Arthur Jones of Waynesboro and Joseph Jones ,address unknown. She was preceded in death by a sister.
Service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Park-Geisel Funeral Home,Inc. The Rev. John E Geyer will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
Friends will be received one hour prior to the service.
