Dallas police have named suspect, 29-year-old Jose Mancha Solis in the fatal shooting of Sara Balleza Alvarez, a 16-year-old girl at a Love Field-area apartment complex earlier this month. Officers were called about 11:45 p.m. Aug. 15 to the complex in the 2500 block of Community Drive, east of Harry Hines Boulevard. A murder warrant has been issued.
