George G McKelvey of 436 Elm avenue died suddenly this morning at 6:15 shortly after he arrived the T. B. Woods' Sons Company shops where he had been employed for the past 19 years. Mr. McKelvey left home in his usual health. Death was attributed to a heart attack. He was aged 69 years 10 months and 28 days and was a member of the United Brethren Church,Old Constitution.
He is survived by his widow,Mrs. Catherine McKelvey; two children,Mrs. Henrietta Booze of Shippensburg and Edward McKelvey of Harrisburg;three sisters,Mrs. Jennie Gazer,Mrs. Belle Gazer and Mrs Ella Fraver, all of Conshohocken; and two step-children,Mrs. Elmer Gipe of Scotland and Walter Crider of Mont Alto.
Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Clyde W. Meadows, will be held Monday afternoon,leaving the home at 2 o'clock, with services at the Mt. Pleasant Church; burial in the cemetery adjoining. The body may be viewed Sunday evening at the home between 7 and 9 o'clock.
Coroner A. W. Thrush after investigating the case attributed the death to natural causes and decided an inquest unnecessary.

Note: George G McKelvy(sic),23,son of John McKelvy(sic), and Lydia A Beidel,21,daughter of John M Beidel,were married June 28,1888, in Steelton,Dauphin,Co,PA. Both were residents of Steelton at time of marriage license.
