Norman K. Sandley of Wisconsin Dells/Lake Delton died at 72 on Monday, February 21, 1994 at his home in Lake Delton.
He owned and operated the Sandley Light Railway Equipment Works and the Riverside & Great Northern Railway in Wisconsin Dells from 1953 until 1988. His love of his steam trains and his wonderful wit and humor will be missed by many.
He was survived by his wife Louise of Lake Delton; step-children Michael Pearson of Milwaukee; Pamela (John) Curschmann of Milwaukee; Margo (Mike) Cruising of Sugar Loaf, Florida; and Dennis (Barbara) Nikols of Alberta, Canada. Other survivors were Judy Hause and John, Barbara, and Charlene Sandley of Janesville; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many close friends.
Visitation was from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, February 24 at the Fedderly Funeral Home, 320 Washington Avenue, Wisconsin Dells.
Funeral services were held Friday, February 25, at 1 p.m. at the Dells-Delton United Methodist Church on Unity Drive in Wisconsin Dells.
