The death of Mrs. Edna Partington, of Canal street, occurred suddenly last night at her home of an attack of paralysis. The deceased was 53 years of age.
In poor health for some length of time, Mrs. Partington was apparently feeling well until suddenly stricken last night. She expired before medical assistance could arrive.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Partington; a son, Joseph Partington, and a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Parker, all of this city and a brother, Joseph Chamberlain, also of Millville.
The deceased was a life-long resident of Millville and was employed at the T.C. Wheaton company for a number of years.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Christy Funeral Home, Broad street, Friday afternoon with interment in Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
