She was a homemaker and caregiver.

She was a member of Leitchfield Crossing Baptist Church.

Predeceased by:
Her parents; one son: Calvin Hulette "CH" Skaggs; and five sisters: Lillian "Mick" Skaggs, Goldie Burba, Bernice Parker, Delsie Mae Druen and Doris Ann "Tootie" Gardner.

Survivors:
Two daughters: Patty Reynolds (Jerry) and Sharon Taylor (Neil); two sons: Jim Skaggs (Kay) and Patrick Skaggs; one sister: Virgie Walters; one half-sister: Wanda Goins; one half-brother: David Fulks; eight grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; several nieces & nephews; two special friends: Barbara "Brownie" Bridgeman and Edith Hawkins; and many extended family members and friends.

Funeral services held at 1:00 PM on Monday, October 5, 2020 in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home.
