My father always told us that he had a baby sister buried between his parents at St. Ignatius of Loyola Catholic Church at Hill Top, MD. I recently was sent information that included her death record from a Priest at St. Ignatius, Chapel Point at Port Tobacco, MD. This is where all the Catholic records are kept for this part of Southern Maryland. My father would be so pleased to know we have now confirmed that Mary Sabina rests between her parents, John William Owen and Mary Cecilia Welch Owen in the newer part of the cemetery. Mary Sabina, died at 5 months of age from Whooping Cough.
