Pop was the absolute Best! He was my two sons' only grandfather. Pop was my only dad ever. Pop left a wonderful wife, Mollie, mother to their four children (one my ex and my younger son's dad), a grandmother and a great-grandmother to a very loving family.

Pop made the best dinners, pork roast or bbq's, everyone was always welcome. He had two sons and two daughters. All of their husbands or boyfriends were always welcome, all of their friends too. Their home was a place we could bring our babies or kids, eat, party, shoot pool, swim or play horseshoes, and just party.

A few years before Pop passed away, he made sure that his two sons and two daughters and five natural grandkids were given their Native American Chickasaw Identification cards so they are now all members of the Nation. Thanks to Pop, my one son, along with the others, receives the benefits he is entitled to.

Pop was always doing good things and making sure everyone had what they needed. He lives on ~~~

After my ex and I split up, I was still welcome to the house for the fun family get-togethers and I believe that was largely because of Pop. The family and my ex and I are still friends.

I have so many warm memories, and so thankful to have them.

Sadly, Pop's youngest son, Roy Perry passed away January 4, 2009.
