Central High - Funeral for MARY CLARICE McCARLEY, 82, of Central High, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Marlow, with the Rev. Dan Palesano officiating.
Mrs. McCarley died Thursday, Sept. 20, 2007, in Central High.
Burial will be in Rock Creek Cemetery.
She was born on Fri., Oct. 31, 1924, in Snyder, to Samuel Lee and Tryphena Newton Jones Cox. She attended school in Snyder, and lived in the Central High area for 33 years. She married Walter B. McCarley on March 6,1940. He died on Nov. 30, 2005.
Survivors include five sons and three daughters-in-law, Roy McCarley, Marlow, Walter and Linda McCarley, Duncan, Jerry and Carol McCarley, Rush Springs, Dennis and Marla McCarley, Yucaipa, Calif., and Gary McCarley, Lawton; five daughters and sons-in-law, Janie and Jimmy Winfree, and Chrissie and Rayburn Ray, all of Lawton, Tina and Kenneth Kuntz, Fletcher, Sherry and Bob Underwood, Weatherford, Texas, and Debbie and Terry Ervin, Rogers, N.M.; 40 grandchildren; 64 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons: Paul Gene McCarley and Jimmy Franklin McCarley; and a daughter, Doreen Weeks.

Central High: Mary Clarice McCarley, 82,Central High, OK, passed away Thursday, September 20, 2007 in Central High.

Services will be held at 2:00p.m., Saturday, September 22, 2007, at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Marlow, with Rev. Dan Palesano officiating. Burial will be in the Rock Creek Cemetery, under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow.

Mary was born Friday, October 31, 1924 in Snyder, Oklahoma, to Samuel Lee and Tryphena Newton (Jones) Cox. She attended school in Synder, OK. She lived in the Central High area 33 years. She married Walter B. McCarley on March 06,1940. He preceeded her in death on November 30, 2005. She enjoyed her kids,grandkids,playing cards,collecting dolls,babysitting,shopping at thrift stores & etc. She also enjoyed traveling scenic routes, watching western movies and cooking at Christmas & Thanksgiving. All the family enjoyed her bread & pastries.
