Shaun was born @ St. Francis Med. Center in May of 1978. He was raised by his Mother; Denise Powell (Zienowicz)and began volunteering @ Hope Hose Humane Fire Co. at the age of 16. He found his niche in life and went on to raise through the ranks being sworn in as Chief when he was 27 years old. Shaun could light up a room by walking in, was witty and humorous and had compassion for those incapacitated by medical illnesses. He was a wonderful little boy with a sweet disposition and disliked conflict of any kind. His passions in life were music,his Red Jeep, friends, family and his hobby of building Legos - He was polite, kind and gave of himself in so many ways. He left behind many to grieve his loss especially his Mother who loves and misses him every single day.
