Ed Adams was born in 1889 in the United States.

He was 32 years old when he was murdered in the Tulsa Race Massacre, a devastating, horrific event that occurred between May 31 - June 1, 1921, when mobs of white residents of Tulsa, Oklahoma, attacked and killed black residents of the wealthy Greenwood District, also known as Black Wall Street. 35 square blocks of homes and businesses were completely destroyed, resulting in 10,000 black residents being left homeless, over 800 people injured and up to 300 people dead. Many of the bodies of the victims were unaccounted for, likely buried in mass graves in cemeteries in Tulsa.
