The body of John Donaldson, one of the victims of the Cherry mine disaster, was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery at Lonaconing. where Mr. Donaldson first lived when he came to America from Scotland, and where his . brother, James Danaldson. now resides. Rev. G. W. Hobbs, pastor of tbe Methodist Episcopal ' Church of Lonaconlng, officiated. The church choir sang familiar hymus. Mr. Donaldson was a member of the Knights of Fythias. Rising Sun Lodge, of Lonaconing. was in charge. The pallbearers were John Scott. Sr.. Alex Greenhorn, John Reld. Thomas McKinnon. Joseph Jones, James Picken, William MeMillan and John Mc Alpine. Jr.
