Mrs. Annie Millette, 90, formerly of 414 S. 10th St., died Friday at Lakewood, CA, where she had lived since 1954.
Annie Daoust was born April 7, 1887, at Lambert, MN, where she later attended school. She married Thomas J. Millette, an engineer with the Great Northern Railroad, Jan. 1, 1905. They moved to Grand Forks from Crookston, MN, in 1928. Mr. Millette died in 1948. Mrs. Millette was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Douglas (Jeannette) Arter, Lakewood; eight sons, George, Fargo, Victor, Grand Forks, Ralph, East Grand Forks, Walter, Pacific Grove, CA, William, Cloquet, MN, Raymond, Denver, CO, Everett, Apple Valley, MN, and Paul, Blaine, MN; six sisters, Mrs. Rose Fournier, Lakewood, Mrs. Albine Lavoie, Saskatchewan, Mrs. Elmire Sandbert, Klamath Falls, OR, Sister Paula Marie, Crookston, Mrs. Eugene Lussier, South Milwaukee, WI, and Sister Catherine, Argyle, MN; 37 grandchildren; 74 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. Mary's Catholic Church with burial in Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Tuesday in Grand Forks Norman Funeral Home, where a prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
