Raymond Theodore "Red" Lockman, 90, of Jasonville, died Thursday, April 4, 1991, in Shakamak Good Samaritan Nursing Center. He was a retired round house foreman for the Milwaukee Railroad in the Jasonville Latta Yard. He was born Sept 19, 1900 in Vigo County to Wayne & Minnie Lockman. His wife, Ruth Russell Lockman, died Feb 19, 1981.
Survivors include two daughters, Helen Rice of Waukegan, IL, and Kathryn McDaniel of Shepardsville, KY; eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
He was a member of Jasonville United Methodist Church and Order of Eastern Star Chapter 293, where he was past patron master.
Services are Monday in McClanahan-Lee Funeral Home, with the Rev. Marvin Cheek officiating. Burial is in Roselawn Memorial Park at North Terre Haute. Visitation is 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday, with Masonic services at 7 Sunday.
