Daughter of Silas Samuel & Roxanne Lorene (GANN) FOSTER, who married 03 OCT 1887 in Muscogee County, GA. Silas has previously been married to R. Caroline "Carrie" SMITH on 02 MAY 1884, also in Muscogee County.

Burial entry in sexton's ledger book shows: a female infant of S. S. FOSTER, born in Nashville, TN, died aged 2 days of congestion at the family's place of residence, Nashville. Buried 01 FEB 1905 in Section 2, Lot 854. The sexton was Jesse Alexander BEARD.

Daniel Olds' list of deaths from local Columbus newspapers, AUG 1890 to DEC 1918, shows:
FOSTER, F. S., White female, died 30 JAN 1905, aged 1 year (or less).

This grave is evidently not identifiably marked. The grave of her maternal grandfather William GANN (1819-1902) in this lot was marked in 2017 with a VA headstone issued on his service in the Confederate States Army.
