Killed by sheriff,They could not agree. Died at 49yrs.

William Rivers Will and Testament date 31 January 1885, Cassia County Idaho - William Rivers bequeath to his son William Rivers all his estate both real and personal excepting there from, a one-third of said estate, the said one-third give and bequeath to my wife Elinora Rivers.

NOTE: August 26 2012
I was searching find a grave and came across your pictures of the Warm Creek Cemetery out west of Oakley, ID and thought you might find it interesting that after a recent fire (Aug. 2012) which burned 90,000+ acres this cemetery is surrounded by charred earth, yet inside the fence was, for the most part, unburned. I took some pictures right after the fire, you can see them here and I plan on going out again today to get some better ones that show more of the surrounding land. Very interesting for sure!
The headstone for William Rivers is no longer there-it appears to have been removed completely.
