Mildredge Apple Brown, 84, of Russellville, died Monday, July 2, 2001 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green.
She was born in Jackson County, Tenn. on Oct. 26, 1916, a daughter of the late Larkin Bedford and Susan Frizzell Brown Apple.
Mrs. Brown was a homemaker and a member of Crittenden Drive Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben H. Brown.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, July 4 at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Goodlettsville, Tenn. with Bro. Charles Roney officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 3, from 5-9 p.m. at Sanders Funeral Home, Inc. in Russellville.
Pallbearers will be Benjamin Brown, Jeff Brown, John Brown, Kevin Brown, Tim Brown, Marcus Carter, Billy Joe Coleman and Allen Shreeve.
She is survived by three sons, Albert and Larry Brown, both of Russellville, and Alfred C. Brown of Olmstead; brother Robert Apple of Gainesboro, Tenn.; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
