Homer H Farrell, 88, a former Audubon businessman, died with severe heart failure on May 30, 1985 in the San Gabriel Community Hospital, San Gabriel, CA.

He married Eleanora Baier of Audubon and on February 17, 1985, they celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. They lived 20 years in Iowa, mostly in Carroll and Audubon, before moving to California in 1941. In the 1930-40s he operated the Midget Cafe and the Farrell Cafe in Audubon

Preceding him in death were a son, Paul Eugene, his parents, 2 sisters and 4 brothers. Survivors include his wife of Temple City, CA; his children, Thelma (Leland) Keith of Sunrise Beach, MO, Lola (John) Sherrill of Arcadia, CA; 4 grandchildren and 6 greatgrandchildren, a brother, Raymond Farrell of Council Bluffs, IA, and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Burial was in the Oakdale Memorial Park Cemetery in Glandora, CA
