Mrs. Edith M. Foxwell, 88, of Rockville, died Friday, Jan. 15, at the home of her son, Kenneth.
She was the wife of the late John Ellsworth Foxwell.
Born Aug. 25, 1910, in Clarksburg, she was a daughter of the late Randolph and Ida Burdette Windsor.
Mrs. Foxwell was a homemaker.
She was a Protestant.
She was an avid reader and loved soap operas.
Surviving are two sons, Edward Ellsworth Foxwell and wife Eleanor of Florida, and Kenneth W. Foxwell and wife Jeannie of Rockville; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Friends may visit from 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 19, until time of funeral services at noon Tuesday, at Muriel H. Barber Funeral Home, 21525 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville.
Interment will be in Parklawn Cemetery, Rockville.
