Survived by wife Lyndsay Haveron, parents Tim (Deb) Haveron and Jannette (Harold) Boone, wife's parents Forrest (Pat) Jones and Jackie Jones, siblings Jared (Natalie) Haveron, Jed (Kallie) Haveron, Jeremy (Amber) Haveron, wife's siblings Chris (Debbie) Jones, Joshua Jones, Aaron (Abbie) Jones, Jordan (Becky) Jones, and Sara (Lance) Jensen.

Joint services held on Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at the Payson Stake Center in Payson, Utah.
