DINGUS Sr., Donald "Don" passed away on May 27, 2004. Cremation rites have been held for Don, age 66, of North Bend, Oregon. Don was born on August 8, 1937, in Pardee, Virginia, to Ola Dingus and Ruth Baker.
He is survived by three children, Don Jr.; Danny; and Debbie; and his former wife, Donna Mae; his fiance, Rose Burell; and step-daughter, Tammi. He also had many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
He is also survived by three brothers, Ola Sr.; Pete; and Doug Dingus; two sisters, Margie Owen and Lorraine Phillips.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ola and Ruth Dingus; two sisters, Agnes Church and Barbara Crook. He will be missed by all who knew him.
There will be a memorial on June 26, 2004, at 221 Wecks Rd. Myrtle Creek, starting at 12 p.m. Friends and family are invited to attend.

Donald was born Aug. 8, 1937, in Pound, Va. He died May 27, 2004, in Coos Bay.
He is survived by his sons, Don Jr., Dan and Eric, daughter, Debbie Dingus, and former wife of 43 years, Donna Mae Dingus; granddaughters, Desiree Carlin and Tiffany, Brittany, Courtney Bell and Daysha Dingus; great-grandchildren, Annalysia Gonzalez and Aiden Carlin; fiance, Rose Burrell, and stepdaughter, Tammi Burrell; brothers, Ola, John and Doug Dingus; sisters, Margie Owens and Lorene Phillips; and many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are under the direction of Nelson's Bay Area Mortuary, 267-4216.
